At Kalaitzakis Family, we are proud Cretan olive producers based in Chania, rooted in the small mountain village of Kandanos, in Selino. Our story began when we left the noise of city life to return to our family’s olive groves — to the land that once fed our grandparents. Here, in harmony with nature, we harvest and cure our olives using only sea salt, extra virgin olive oil, and time-honored methods. Every olive is a tribute to tradition — and a gift from our home to yours.
For three generations, our family in Kandanos, a small mountain village in Chania, Crete, has nurtured olive trees with quiet devotion.
