Our Cretan olives in lemon juice are made using the Tsounati variety, grown in the sun-soaked groves of Kandanos, Chania. These olives are gently cured in lemon juice for a light, refreshing taste that perfectly balances the natural bitterness of the fruit.
Vacuum-sealed in a 200g pack to preserve freshness, they’re ideal for light salads, seafood dishes, or meze platters. The lemony finish adds brightness to every bite — a unique expression of Crete’s rich culinary heritage.
