Our Cretan salted olives with oregano combine handpicked olives from Kandanos, Chania with wild, sun-dried oregano harvested from the nearby hills. The herbs infuse the olives with an earthy, aromatic note that enhances their rich flavor — a classic pairing in Cretan cuisine.
